TASTING NOTES

Sparkling white wine with a straw yellow color. On the nose, fruity notes reminiscent of grapefruit and ripe yellow fruit. On the palate great flavor with well expressed acidity and a pleasant finish

Soft pressing, cold and static clarification, temperature-controlled fermentation (16°/18°C)
