From the hills of Località Brigante in Cirò, a unique wine produced by following a vinification in white of our Gaglioppo’s best grapes in respectful and sustainable way. No compromises: no selected yeasts, no filtrations, no added sulphites. A white wine from red grape like you’ve never tasted!

TASTING NOTES

White wine with a dull color. Nose it shows aromas of orange blossom, hints of fresh fruit and notes of peach and wild pear. On the palate excellent shoulder acidity and persistent freshness. Pleasant harmonious and intense fruity finish.

Climate:: Mediterranean with hot and breezy summers. Area subject to high temperature ranges

GRAPE HARVEST

Selection of the grape and manual harvesting in the crates
Time of Harvest: second ten days of September
Hectare Yield: 80 quintals/ha

WINE-MAKING

in white from red grape Gaglioppo with only “mosto fiore” (free-run juice); cold and static clarification, controlled temperature fermentation (16-18°C) in steel tank. Bottling without inoculation of selected yeasts, filtration and added sulphites

REFINING

3 months in steel tank, 2 months in bottle
